The most important question is how pumped was he when it walked out? And how much shaking and excitement did he have when he finally got the shot. IMO that matters 10x more than the score.

A kid shooting a 70" buck that is freaking high as a kite is better than a kid that shoots a 160" buck that goes back to video games before it even starts getting cleaned. One is remembered far more than the other.
