Magellan rotomolded cooler drain plug replacement

Anyone know who makes the extreme coolers for Academy? Mine broke, and I ordered what looked like a good replacement from roromoldedcollerparts.com, but the threads are different. Now I have a $200 plastic box that is useless. Academy doesn't have anything listed online, and I got nothing on a Google search.

This one says it may fit some magellan coolers. 9.95 might be worth the risk?

Have you tried talking to Academy? Your local store may even have a display they can give you a plug off of?

Can't help you, but its the worst drain plug system ever!

If you go this route you may have to grind the threads out so it'll be a smooth hole.

PVC threaded coupler and plug. 5200/glue/epoxy whatever to hold it in and seal it up? Feel that’s a worst case scenario last ditch effort though.
