Busted and disgusted.

Had a feeder set up a few weeks now in the back of my property. Getting daily deer visitors here in Kerr on Gillespie/Kimball border. Been flinging sticks good with my Bear 50th anniversary Kodiak takedown. I got the prevailing wind in my favor and this am,...THEN...the deer come in right behind me. A few feet away blowing her butt off. I blow back. She stomps...I stomp. She blows and stomp. I do the same. Still dark...this goes on for 10 mins...Now the neighbor lets out their yappy little dog. Barking at us blowing at each other. The feeder goes off. The deer take off. Two mins later guys(two trucks) pull in driveway to put up my gutters. Uggh.
I dont think I did a good enough job with scent killing. BUT... I got to at least practice my doe blow.

LOL...No..this is my own land. Just had a new home built on it and my first bow hunt.
