    Question on Nevada Hunting Land

    Neighbor says he found 640 acres of land for sale in Unionville, NV area for $180k.

    I don't know what I don't know. What are some things I need to onow?

    Have you looked it up on google earth. Maybe like far west Texas or sits way off road and no visible access. Sure it’s not a scam

      Access? Terrain? Vegetation? Water? Wildlife density?

      Lots of that land has no water and is basically barren of wildlife.

        We can load up and take a group trip out there. Only a 26 hour haul.

                Power, water, or availability of both, fenced, are the verticle acres, what unit is it in. Assuming they have units. When we moved to Colorado the game warden told me I wouldn’t pull a buck tag for three years. Are you surrounded by a bunch of small properties? Deed restrictions if it’s in a rural subdivision. Can you resale it need be.
