Any wild game processor will know how to process an elk (It’s simply a very large deer). If you don’t get any specific recommendations for a processor, simply look on Google maps and look at the reviews for each one.

First I've seen this. You've probably got everything lined up, but Duck Creek in Spur will process as well. I process all my own stuff and have all the equipment for burger, tenderized steaks and vacuum sealers and butcher paper if you want to do the majority yourself. I'll help when available. Cant do anything fancy right now as my sausage stuffer gears that need to be replaced are not made anywhere since bass pro bought out Cabelas.
