Gun Value....Custom Sako A-II?

Short of getting a subscription to Gun Digest, i'm having trouble finding the value of a gun I have the opportunity to buy. The other gun value websites haven't been to helpful. When i do find some info, seems to be a vast range of prices. It's a custom stock Sako A-II in 22-250. Built in the early 1980's....condition is 95% if not better. Any ideas??
