We are off Bond road. I’m hoping this “nice” weather hasn’t got them nocturnal. Saw lots of bucks last week at feeders. I’ll be out there Monday for a few days

Got to the ranch yesterday and it’s still green. Not lots of activity at the feeders and all the big bucks have disappeared. Currently sitting on a trail hoping to catch a bruiser cruising.

Saw a buck hot on a doe yesterday when we came through Sutton County.

Anyone hunt this weekend?

Took my daughter down Thursday and came back Sunday. Only hunted the evenings. She got her first auodad. Deer movement was horrible. Probably the slowest I have ever seen on this place in the 12-13 years we've hunted there. Head back after Christmas for a couple days with my son. He will get up to hunt in the mornings!

I can’t wait to take my daughter out hunting. She’s two and will be in the blind with me this coming year. Is it pretty green with y’all?
