Trying to post a golf cart in the classifieds. Won’t let me post without a picture. Says pictures are too big. Help please

usually if you just screenshot the pic on your computer/phone and post the screenshot it will work.

I normally just change the camera settings so that I'm taking the proper size pictures for posting. But, I use a camera and a computer, not a phone camera.

I can’t understand not being able to post pictures. I do it from my iPhone or from my iPad all the time. It’s just as easy on the new site as it was the old one, it’s just a different process. It must be different if you’re using a computer or an android.

I like to think I’m decently tech savvy but struggled to get pics with the new site. I used to use photo bucket before tapatalk. The new site I had to go my pics edit to like 4:3 or something similar. Using IPhone

Smart has a tutorial i think on how to do it in this new softeare. Maybe you can try and search but not sure if the search funtion is working.

For some mobile users the images are always too big for the attachment allowance and must be resized.

I guess I'm just not tech-literate enough, because I couldn't even post pix, trying to follow his instructions.
I'm a supporting member, but I've about given up on TBH, ever since the upgrade, and it looks like I'm not the only one.

I am seeing this posted regularly. Do yall not get the option to choose small, medium and large once you upload and before you post. I have not had the too large note since the upgrade. You have to use "Upload Atttachments" all the other methods for adding pic is nothing but trouble and I dont understand why they are not removed or at least deactivated.

see the Upload attachments pic dont use any of the little icons like the camera or paper clip (aka attachments) icons they are full of problems.

Also notice other pic the small, medium and large selections are easy to miss as they are not highlighted or really stand out

Shouldn't be any reason you can't post without a picture. There are hundreds of classifieds ads since the change without them.

If you have an Iphone make sure you have the live function off of your phone (the little target Icon when you camera screen is up). That is basically a mini movie and makes it too large. You definitely have to screen shot the pic to get it to size that and with the high pixels of these new phones you sometimes have to do regular pics as well . I post pics all the time for myself and other folks from my phone and PC. (See lovemylegacy's jack russell ad in the classifieds right now.) If you can get the ad posted and want to PM me your phone number, I'll text you to send me your pics and I'll post them for you. Try posting the ad without wanting to upload a picture first and we'll get the pic up for you some how
