Visitor Message!

Can someone please explain how to get to a "visitor message?"
I see no place on Message Center, that has. "Visitor Message" prompt.

Click on your screen name and it goes to your public info. The screen is a bit strange though and has more than just visitor messages. https://www.texasbowhunter.com/discu...2-lovemylegacy

My screen name/ public info page only has info, subscription edit, name and style edit, that is all.
