    Buccee’s Corn Price Check

Anyone know what corn at Buccees in Wharton is going for?

I dont know about Wharton but North Texas does not get the same price as South Texas. Ours is still $11.99 a bag.

I don't get how they do their pricing. I know there is shipping considerations but if it's all being shipped by the same supplier it should be relatively close. It's 11.99 in Terrell. They had several pallets so it's most likely not based on bulk buying differences. I can get for 10.49 at my local grocery store but they only get one pallet at a time and it's gone within a few days.

I never understood why the Terrell one was always higher on corn. Unfortunately, it’s the only one I pass headed west.

We have a winner. It's called supply and demand.

I think someone should invest in cellular game cams and put them at each Bucees facing their corn so that it shows what the current price is so we don't have to have all the posts asking what the price is!!!!

Exactly. Same here. The supply and demand theory doesn't really seem to apply based on there being a store in Royse City, one in Denton (or somewhere around there).

Sounds good to me! I'd rather see those posts instead of a lot of the useless crap on here, most of which is not even hunting related.

I was told yesterday that each store negotiates its own deal with these corn haulers. Apparently some suck at it.

This makes sense. Every one I’ve been to has different corn pricing.
