Are there any cool little places to grab lunch between Childress and Amarillo? Not looking to hit "The Big Texan".

Hair south of Amarillo toward canyon, green chily Willy’s and get the chicken fried steak and jalape?o gravy. Best cfs I’ve ever eaten.
memphis - old fashion freeze. It’s west of the light past the square…but have a back up in case they aren’t open the day.
Estelline- doubtful it’s open but pearlies. Red and white building just down street from the Js liquor store. Never been but the one person I know who’s been raved about it.
childress -the plaza Mexican food, Dawsons, or top notch bbq ain’t bad, all are on 287.
if you keep driving south on 287, medicine mound depot in quanah may or may not be open and had great food last lunch I had. Dutch’s on the west side seems to be hit or miss on being open too, but was always good.
