I've used the app for onsite registration but still get a paper license. Still have to have a paper federal duck stamp so there's no point in carrying a phone anyway.
Paper for me. From what I have read there are more ways to screw up than to get it right. How does it work if you change cell phones?
It's just about idiot proof. Changing phones is a non-issue.....the docs are saved on TPWD database. You just need to download the app on your phone and log it.
