I was incorrect in my earlier post. New Braunfels will break ground in early 2024. Best Stop just confirmed for me.

I was in Louisiana a couple weeks ago and loaded up on boudin and their boneless stuffed chickens. Crazy good .

Well if you like REAL Cajun Boudin, cracklin's, andouille sausage and the like, Best Stop is the best there is! I'd highly recommend stopping in at that New Braunfels store soon as it opens unless you happen to get to Katy or better yet, Exit I-10 in Scott/Cankton, La. and go North about a mile, mile n a half the original store is on the left... Can't miss it!

Katy location has been in the works for a while now. Curious if they are getting ready to open. Supposed to be one in the Woodlands as well.

I am on I10 in LA alot, and they used to be a standard stop for me. I will say KARTCHNER'S has replaced them though when I am in the area and going to stop. Heck, I have even started choosing Market Basket over them for convenience.

Best Stop, especially their smoked, is okay. I like Billy’s across the street (IH-10) a lot better.

They are my cracklin's stop every time I head east.

I'm friends with the guys opening them. There will be several across the state along with a food truck. They bought the franchise rights in tx.

Been buying from them since the mid 90's. Best Boudin around IMO...I sure wish they opened one up closer to me as well
