Speed gives you some room for error and judging distances and also get to the target faster and sometimes catches them before they jump....sometimes...

Your bow is plenty fast! At that speed w/ your arrow weight you get 67 Ft LBs give or take. That is enought take a grizzley bear.

Definitely can help with range estimation, in terms of deer ducking.... have to see the math on that one.

The flight time at 30 yards for a bow shooting 330 and a bow shooting 260 is 0.07 seconds difference roughly. A human's average reflex time is .1-.2 seconds. I'm going to spitball and say a deer has the edge there and guess around .075. Now if we take that away from the total flight times, and use gravity as the motivational force as the deer tucks its legs and begins the drop straight down... @330fps the deer can change its vertical position by 1.9 meters; @ 260 fps the deer can change its vertical position by 2.5 meters. So there is almost a foot and a half difference in the drop, but then again if they drop 1.9 meters you miss.... if they drop 2.5 meters you miss.... not much difference.

Sorry was feeling geeky this morning
