Not sure how I missed this thread before. I started with and chainsaw mill, then got a homemade bandsaw mill that I modified, and am now running an older Woodmizer LT40 Hydraulic. They can be very handy and nice to be able and mill to the exact specs you need.

I just kept searching the internet looking at options. I was ok with manual things. They did have a lot more automatic options but I could get it a lot cheaper without them. They had a sale so I jumped on it. I actually order the 27 inch one and they sent me the 31 in one.
