Need to buy a big game scale. Recommendations?

Looking at amazon for a scale that goes up around 300-500 lbs. They all look like chinese junk (like a lot of amazon). I see some digitals that look ok, but not sure on durability. Anybody had long term usage out of a scale that seems to be accurate? Trying to stay away from moultrie, allen, game winner, etc...but probably a losing battle.

I bought a crane scale from southwestscales.com years ago for our cleaning station.

They are expensive, but this one has been accurate and lasted for the past 13 seasons.

It’s a Chinese Amazon special, but I have two or three of these that are accurate and have held up well. This one has ridden around in my pickup toolbox for five or so years and weighed a ton of pigs, coyotes, and bobcats.

Maybe Charlie will chime in. They had some digital scales on their place he said they had good success with. I think I remember it being orange. I meant to order one when he showed me and forgot

I’m no help, mine only goes to 28 lb. That way I can tell everybody he bottomed out the scales !

I can't post any pics now, but look on Amazon for the Romech 660lb digital hanging scale with cast aluminum case, for $29.99. That is the scale we used on our hog hunting operation for several years. It stood up to a lot of abuse and worked flawlessly for us.
