    Mojo Dove Flicker things...

Well, we are about a month out from football and dove hunting and it can't get here quick enough for me. I do have a couple mojo doves but was curious if anyone has used the flicker things I have seen advertised lately. I tried to make this post from my phone and add a picture and while it looked great when I previewed my post, it said I needed to add "at least one picture" and the **** picture was showing up on my end so I just gave up. Maybe this one will go through.
Yay, nay or just buy another mojo?

I use them as well. they actually work better than a regular mojo in the shorter grass and gravel road areas we hunt. You get the motion you need and nothing else. It’s gotten to the point mojos flair more birds for us than anything. Pair it with a couple sitting birds on a fence line and it works well

I use them and the regular mojos mixed together.

Been thinking about adding some of those. Mojos seem to work well early in the season but I like to hunt well into October and by then they often flare off of them. At that point I go back to clipping dekes on fences and trees

I like them a lot. Motion seems much more natural to me than the nonstop spinning, especially from a distance. Also like that they're all on different timers so they're not all starting and stopping together.

Flock a flickers! I use them with a mojo ...especially around a water or food source.

Thanks for the feedback. I had some Cabela’s points and they just covered them so I have a package on the way.

I use 8 of them and love them. So much easier than full size mojo's.

Agree with the above. Work very well and easier to store and use.

I got some to try. I have had guides say the regular mojo’s will cause birds to flare as the season progresses.

had mine for 3 seasons now. they aint a negative. Cant say they brought in any more birds though. Everyone shot birds regardless of decoys or motion.

They do. The ones that don't flare and come in later in the season are babies.

When they start to flare off of them I just turn them off and leave them in the field. I haven't done any really scientific evaluation of that but it seems to still help. They'll come in a tad closer for a looky-loo and get blasted.
