Name that bird

Started seeing them a few years ago around here (northern Smith co) and was surprised to see them this far north.

First one I saw up this way was was between Crossroads and 287 (ENE of RC lake) on roadkill. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me then. That was probably 5-7 years ago, headed to a hunt at Gus Engeling

They are expanding their range maybe. Lots of reports on them all thru east Texas. We been seeing them in the panhandle as far north as Stratford for years but they don't raise young there. Also they work the counties just north of the Concho during lambing season for the easy pickings. Opportunistic critters following the food sources and are dominant over Mexican Black Vultures.
