40v Greenworks also based on recommendations on here. With one battery I cleared a 200 yard long x 50.ft wide shooting lane. Took three different sessions requiring battery charges between. Also had a stihl battery powered chainsaw to get some of it cut.

nice thing it comes with a bag that will hold the saw and extension charger and battery. Grab and go.

Good battery life on them. One battery will cut just about as much as I want to pile up.
      Same
i have the kit with the hedge trimmer head and the saw head. You will be pleased with this set. Still going strong after 7 years.

I will say this about my greenworks pole saw the chain is extremely easy to adjust and I bought extras off amazon pretty cheap, I will agree with others on the battery being tough to remove pretty much each time I think I'm doing something wrong but definitely not a deal breaker. When I was looking for pole saw the Greenworks had the best reviews but probably not alot of difference in any of them. If I were to buy today it would be the Harbor Freight one just for the simple fact it's easy to get batteries and compatible tools vs Greenworks which I don't think is handled locally

Thanks dbaio1.........this is definitely one of those threads I was referencing. I have nearly 2 miles of roads/ ATV trails that need to be trimmed back really hard.

going strong. They are beasts for lease work… blind clearings, shooting lane clearings, road clearings etc etc. I grab mine before a chainsaw 95% of the time these days.
Another vote for the green works 40V. I believe It was based partly on Smart's recommendation of his. It works great.

another vote for the greenworks. ive had mine for several years also based off recommendations here. I will have more than i want to pick up before it runs out of battery. Battery is a little hard to remove, but not enough to be a problem. it uses a lot of bar oil, but better than not using it i reckon. light weight, doesnt wear you out. super easy chain adjustment, never thrown the chain.

my dad has an atlas from harbor freight, i used it last week for about 10-15 minutes, and threw the chain twice. it takes a saw wrench to put back on. pain in the butt.

I have the Stihl commercial model it’s about 5 years old. It’s a beast. Getting to heavy maybe take a look at Dewalt Cordless
