Deal alert - tillers at Home Depot

Saw this on RS, figured I'd post it here too.
$149 for the front and $179 for the rear. I've only ever used the front types, which is better?

you couldn't give me a front tine tiller, rear tine all the way !! Much easier to use and control plus a better job a deep tilling. Front tine you better have very soft dirt or you will be chasing a tiller skipping along the ground

        Definitely a rear tine.

I about blew out an elbow years ago with a front tine while trying to help my father. He had the same thing happen the next year, sold it and have been rear tine only since.

As long as there's room to turn er around, rear tine all the way. Smaller areas like some stuff I have near retaining walls gotta use the smaller front tine...easy diggin' tho.

Holy smokes, that is a good deal.

I have only used the front type. It can be fairly tiring to fight it. Have to constantly pull back on it while its tilling.

I may have to get one of those rear tine tillers though.

              Thanks for sharing.

Only 6628 left. I was ready to order one until I started reading the reviews. But $514.00 off is a steal. Somebody with a shop could make some money off these units.

I was interested but the reviews show busted transmissions and other issues. The way my luck is, the thing will be a pos.
