This is Exactly what Not to do , this has caused too many accidents to spend the time to count! Learn to use your mirrors and trust them

Well bringing this back up. He is way more comfortable merging now. I've had him driving on IH35 in rush hour traffic the last month. Parking still needs some work but it's good enough. Parallel parking does it like a champ. Today he drove us to New Braunfels to get his driver's license. I no longer have to shuttle him around!

BTW getting appointments at DPS sucks. Best I could get in the Georgetown area was in Taylor on Oct 16th. My choices were Taylor Oct 16, Killen and Temple in late Oct, Georgetown and Pflugerville in November.

If you have a blind spot then your mirrors aren't adjusted. Add a convex mirror if you must. You think big rig drivers are looking over their shoulder?!
