    It’s not, unless you decrease the resolution. But if you do that then it could make reading license plates, or getting a clear view of drivers, impossible.

      Well, RATS! Got the one I ordered and just my luck. Danged thing doesn't work. Rear camera won't turn on and main camera won't connect to wifi most of the time. What little it did record was not very clear. The APP you download is not very user friendly. I'll be sending this one back to AMAZON and on to the next thing. Also when powered up the thing gets super hot to the touch. That ain't good IMO. Back to square one.

        After more searching I decided to order a Rove R3 and a hardwire kit. Was able to order direct from the MFG in Chicago. Probably still made in China but it's a USA based company. Maybe this one will work. At least it has a small screen and I can use it without having to wifi and pair it to my cell phone. Got it on sale for $200 off of list and $100 cheaper than Amazon.

          OK, I got the new Rove R3 and hooked it up and the App launched without a hitch. Perfect video front, capin and rear. Can easily read license plates all around a 4 lane intersection and from over 100 feet away. Things I don't like are the size and mounting but it works and that's the most important part. The wifi will connect to my cell phone from 50 feet away when I'm out of the vehicle. I like that.

            I kind of like your double and triple posting ! Sometimes it takes that for me to retain the info.
