    Setting up LLC?

I’m looking to set up a LLC and was wondering if there is a benefit of having a lawyer set it up vs the online method.

    Any input would be appreciated.

Did ours on the farm and construction company on line no issues. I figure the less you gotta involve a lawyer, the more $$ it’s gonna save.

Do it all yourself. There are a ton of companies out there that will file for you for a fee. No need a to waste your money. Save it for the business.

I've done it online. Super easy.

Like everyone above. Did my own and my wifes online - not difficult at all, save the money for something else.

I've done two. no issues. Spend the money on yourself and not on your lawyer, who doesn't love you anyway

Call TBHer Grayson. Yes, you can do it yourself online. I could cut my own hair and do my own prostate exams, but I prefer to include a professional. For the record, Grayson just does legal work, he does not check my prostate.

If just a single owner and no other business's I wouldn't even bother, just going to cost you more in taxes.

If you're going to have significant income you can create an LLC and have it taxed as an S Corporation, and save on taxes.

In for updates on self-administered prostate exams. Weirdo!

I use an attorney. Save a little by doing it yourself and you could lose a lot when you need it most.
