Yes, the persimmon. No difference. Its done its job once you have purchased it.

I used the persimmon flavored corn on my old lease north of Dryden. The deer loved it. I had many more deer on that feeder than when I used a mix of corn and Golden Nuggets. I tried getting the persimmon flavored last year, but they had quit making the corn due to the cost. The offered the powder instead, but I never ordered it.

I have used scented corn with good results. I still buy it on occasion and use it in a feed pen. I refuse to use the powders that you dump into the feeder with corn. They tend to draw in a lot of bees and yellow jackets.

Probably kool-aid or vanilla. That is fine with hand corn. But, I have had issues trying it in gravity feeders. Insects like ants, bees, etc are attracted to it.
