Need help with subscriptions

Need some help with subscriptions. I’m getting around 30 or so email notifications every day. Can’t seem to fix it. Can someone give me the easy way to fix this?

I'm getting notifications of replies to threads I'm not subscribed too.
I finally turned all notifications off.

I clicked on my screen name, user settings thna the notifications tab.
I don't get any more Notifications. Howver i still have 800 notifications to the left ofy username
