Yall bean hating commies can just sit in the corner and keep sipping on your bud light. I took this picture at the san Jacinto monument last year. Literally the birthplace of texas...and it has beans in the recipe
If I make it, no beans. If not, I'll eat it however it's cooked. I'm easy. I didn't get this body being picky.
I don't care if it has beans or not, as long as it tastes good, I am fine. I have had really good and really bad chili both ways, the beans don't make it or brake it. Just cause there's no beans in it, don't mean it's good.
Lunch today-Griffith processed deer burger chili made from HEB seasoning packet recipe. Added about 3/4 can creamed corn, added fresh diced jalapeno and grated cheddar on top.
At the risk of beating a dead horse, I’m sitting in Casa Rodriguez in B/CS with a bowl of chili in front of me. They say it’s a family recipe brought over by the owner’s great grandfather when he emigrated from Mexico to Bryan, Tx. in 1896.
Interestingly, there are no beans in Great grand abuelo’s chili.
