Put in the smoker like a brisket and have at it. My wife is shooting one in June just for some more meat

Its all about how you treat and prepare it.

If you try to cook it like beef or dear, then you will have a crap time. If you treat it like it is...then it will be good. Some people just don't know

all in how you take care of it. ive killed several and have loved everyone of them!

heard a few people like it, and that to make it good it takes a long time to prepare, personally think its more of a trophy animal than quality table fare
