Having a few friends over this evening for dinner and drinks, thought I would give you guys a teaser.
Seasoned the brisket last night, it'll go on the pit in the next 15 or 20 minutes. I'll keep y'all updated as eating time gets closer.

Put a brisket on about 7 am this morning for later tonight. I also got a new recipe to try called pork shots.

Just pulled the brisket off the pit and tossed it in the cooler to rest. Sausage goes on in an hour our so. Pictures later. Stay tuned.

Well fellas, I'm sorry but I lied to you. I sliced up the brisket, went to get my phone to take a pic, got distracted and when I came back, it was just scraps left, dang bunch of vultures! I do have a small piece that I brought to the station for lunch today, if it is photo worthy I'll try and show you guys what was left over. Everything turned out petty good though.
