Horns vrs. Bag???

I've been menaing to post this sooner but has anyone had any luck wiht any of the rattle bags?? DO horns work better than the bags?

I"ve used both. The only think I like better about the bag is the ease of carrying it around compared to antlers. I don't know if deer care about the slight difference in sound, but the bag sounds like two 20-point deer fighting. Just seems like a little too much to me. Of course, rattling two antlers together may sound like half enough to a deer.

I can control my horns a lot better than those bags.

It is a pain to carry them around, but I can't find anything else to make that faint tickling sound that makes them curious.

I totally agree, no matter how much more of a pain they are, I only carry my horns.

"Real Horns" must tune put them up oiled every yr.
That bag is not going to rub a lem or scrape on the ground or
tickle! may be a little more to carry around but I will not take for my horns! finding the right size is important ideally smaller is better. Not like them larger fake horns they sell. Would you want to go into a fight knowing there is one big biker at the other end of the bar?
