Every house has a warrantee! If you haven't moved in yet there is a home "limon law". Check into it brother, the privious owner has to cover it.

Gonna look into the lemon law. Our warranty had a 30 day delay before coverage started and insurance decided that it isn't covering the plumbing work because the house was built in '69 so they only did the water mitigation
