Yeah, I met him back in the 90's at a seminar and thought he was a jerk.

I met him in Del Rio about 3 yrs ago when the elite series was fishing there. Saw him in walmart and talked to him for about 10 minutes. Super nice guy

I met him at a gas station in Conroe a few years back. He signed my hat and shook my hand but did have a little bit of a horses arse attitude... A hole or not the guy is a freaking legend with a tube or a jig.

Yeah, he's "just another guy" out there fishing. Just another guy that put everything on the line to do what he loved. Just another guy that liked fishing and found out a way to make a living.

The times I have been around Brauer and he was a good guy and full of information.
