Is one I branched antler considered a spike?

Game warden told me and pic in TPWD annual book shows that any time that one antler is a single and other antler with branched one is spike. My property has several single branch on both antler is still a spike.
If there's a small branch growing out of both antler is not a spike anymore.Comment

If it is spike/antlerless season he does not qualify. It has to be a true spike meaning both antlers are unbranched.

I had same spike that had a long antler that shoots right up on both side but right side was a bit smaller than the left.Comment
