Those things rock, except when you leave one on and your wife thinks it's just part of the hose. Do you know those things will explode when not inside a pipe?

Before I go into the attic I may have to call the Turtle Man cause theres something scratching around up there and me and critters in right spaces don't mix.....and momma won't appreciate a new sky light
Currently the washer is in the hallway blocking traffic so I have access to the plumbing.Actually I ripped out the dry wall to get to it.There its no trap to speak of just 2 90° turns then into the floor.
Whats puzzling is I tried the water balloon thing and it flows water but when I run the water house back into the drain after a couple minutes it backs up again.
Was told not to run chemicals down the drain cause of the septic system and killing off the bacteria.

A picture would really help me!

Do not put any chemicals down the drain. Better to flush a $10 bill down the toilet. It will do the same thing and save you a trip to the store!

Okay, there should be a stack in the wall probably to the left of where you have the sheet rock cut out. The p-trap is below grade in the concrete. You generally cannot get a proper sized cable through a p-trap to clear the blockage.

What is to the left of the opening you have cut out?
