    Yesterday

Yesterday, there was so many things
    I was never told
Now that I'm startin' to learn
    I feel I'm growing old

This has been a tough year....the first deer season in years Cameron and I haven't shared a stand..... I found a few pics that made me smile....had to share them from back in the day. College, finances and time have messed our game up this year

Chris our kids grow up and things change. My son in 28 now and I often sit on a stand thinking of carrying him in his sleeping bag to a box blind at age 4. Different and better things will come for you two. Count on it.

How is Cameron? Haven't seen him on the GS and since he was out at the house right before archery season haven't heard a peep out of him.

This will be the 1st Thanksgiving I'll ever spend away from my family, and the 1st I can remember that dad and I havn't cut a trail for the lease by 1:05 pm T-giving day!

I think I'll make sure we share an afternoon in the new box blind I built before the season is over, something we havn't done in well over 10 years.

Thanks Chris, and congrats. I hope your daughter and her friend aren't suffering any ill effects from their accident as well.

                          Chris,

Just remember you have this: A son that has the passion for the outdoors just like you do, and I know he is feeling your pain too by not being able to hunt with you. From what little I have talked to Cameron over the phone I know he misses you. Just hang in there bud and a yall will be able to hook up soon in the future to share another campfire! Besides you owe me a Campfire too
