Duck hunting around Carthage

Well I'm moving across Texas to Carthage on Thursday. I'm looking for some place to duck hunt before season is over. Does anyone know if there is any flooded timber or public hunting anywhere around the area? Thanks in advance.

Yep yellow dog just to the south. Lots of type 2 land north of Toledo bend.
