Car title question

LOng story short. I recieved a car from a little old Italian lady that I used to do work for around her house. She had no family in America and last Sept. her nephew came from Italy to take her back there. He said that he would look for the title in the boxes he had already shipped over there. I have not heard from either of them in a couple months.
Is there anyway I can get a title for this car

Good word Kirby!! Yes it is. You need a title signed by the title holder front and back to get it changed. You can get one but you would need to get here to sign it over to you. Good luck.
