My Avitar is Too Big!

It worked on the old sight and I know someone has addressed this already but I can't find the answere yet. Can someone resize it for me? My Picture Mgr is having problems. I guess.

I'm also having problems getting mine below the 19.5 kb max. After resizing in Photoshop, it comes out to 165x100, but still at 23+ kb at the smallest setting.

if you look online and download a small program called ifran view it is really simple to resize an image

I think I finally got er figured out. I have been trying to edit my avitar pic insstead of editing the picture...or something like that. LOL!
