My 6 year old little boy killed a really nice grey fox last night and I would like to have it mounted for him. I've seen some really bad pedator mounts and don't want this to happen to his. Any suggestions on a good taxi for foxes would be greatly appreciated. I love the pedestal shoulder mounts on the predators, but I'm betting he wants the full body. I certainly don't mind alittle driving for a good finished product. Also if you guys have any pics of your fox mounts for ideas that would be a big help. Thanks and I hope you all have a safe New Years!

There is a guy on 290 just west of Austin that did mine, there is a processor in the back, I can't remember his name...he did an outstanding job on a fox I basically cut the head off of with a broadhead. I think the name of the processor is "The Buck Stops Here" and the taxi shop is in the front part of the building. It was about $700 I think.

He's done taxidermy full time for quite a while so experience isn't much of a concern. Just my opinion.Originally posted by The Crippler View PostThere is a guy on 290 just west of Austin that did mine, there is a processor in the back, I can't remember his name...he did an outstanding job on a fox I basically cut the head off of with a broadhead.
