    Wild sheep and goats

So is there a law on shooting sheep and goats that were once domesticated and are now feral???
I mainly ask this because of the 30+ Spanish goats that I'm watching eat all of my corn right now. It seems like no matter how many times I scare them off and throw stuff at them, they always come back.
I'm ready to put some cabrito on the ground!!!

They may be the neighbors goats. Might check with the owner of the property you are hunting.

If they are truly feral, they are considered an exotic.

If they are even remotely owned....you are SOL.

Snap a pick and post it. You can sometimes tell by just looking at them.

This was the answer I was looking for!
I'm positive they've been feral for several generations

i would research that one if i was you. those livestock laws are funny.

things that you would think would be common since tend to favor the owner of the animal even if it is on your property.

Texas livestock rules are tough. You are responsible to fence your neighbors livestock out of your property.

get you a few blunts(not the ones you smoke) for your arrows. if you shoot them behind the ear they will do the flop. then they get up and stager away.
