My little cousin, 13, wants to hunt doves with me. Does he need a license?

Everybody in Texas regardless of age needs a hunting license to hunt. Fishing is a different story.

Yes he does need a license to hunt, it's $6 for his age group last I checked. May want to start thinking about a Hunters Education course also for him...
