Went out this past Saturday morning, I carry my rifle 25-06 as a backup, when all the squirrels that were feeding under the feeder suddenly went crazy I figured hogs were coming in, behind the feeder to my left came a big bobcat moving pretty quickly at about 50yds it then turned slightly and started moving away further out at about 70yds I let the rifle bark. On Tues this week had a friend call me up and ask if i wanted to join them on a hunt at their ranch in Smiley near Cuero. When we got to the ranch we hurried up and got ready for the evening hunt. I was in the stand by 3:00, the feeder went off at 3:40 and at 3:43 a pack of hogs came in and I shot this sow with me Fred Bear Attack using Beman Bone Collector arrow tipped with a Swhacker broadhead.
