    Can't wait until New Years- diet starts now!

    Was going to wait until New Years to start to diet and working out but I just can't wait. Trying on clothes I got for Christmas and almost all of them are to small. ****** off at myself for letting it go this far. I will be 50#'s lighter by next deer season. Not sure what I'm going to do to lose it but going to do something and quick. Thanks for letting me vent.

          I'm with you, want to drop at least 25# this year. started before early december and doing okay so far, down about 7 pounds.

          pretty bad when you sort your clothes by what disguises the most extra weight.

                got up this morning and did 20 min on the treadmill and felt great. Got to work and someone had brought donuts. Didn't touch them but those **** things smell good!!!

                        HCG for me, lost 51 in the last 2.5 months. If you do it right and go to the website and eat diffrent cut sugar and work out just a few times a wk it is a quick easy way and it really makes you think about what you eat. Between my wife and I we have lost almost 90. Not a sales pitch, just what we have been doing.

                          I have done it (need to get back on it after the holidays). It really is amazing. Weight falls off, and you have tons of energy. Grains really are poison to our bodies.

                          I first started it when JES and I had a weight loss challenge of our own a couple of years ago. I was doing P90X (and following their nutrition plan) and was seeing some results, but wasn't satisfied and always tired.

                          I weighed 211 to start, and a month in I only lost 7 lbs. Switched my diet to primal and lost 8 lbs the next week. Not only that, but I had way more energy to do the workouts and the rest of the day as well. Ended up losing 30 lbs total in 2.5 months and down to 12% body fat.

                          I've been hovering between 185 and 195 since. Like anything else, I fall off the wagon every once in a while. But within a week of going back to primal I feel better and within a couple to three weeks all the weight comes right back off.
