Join me as I hunt in northern Cottle County. Around noon i set up a tripod in a cedar; just off a road were a game trail intersects. My buddy saw a mature six point where I'm currently setup. We have three deer for sure that are carrying the fork horn with brow gene. We want the big ol' fat one! This morning I hunted the rifle blind and was covered up with doe. I just might try to get a doe If they present a perfect shot.

Just had four doe pass within 10 yards. They're a little ways down the road now eating corn from the AM hunt. My hands are starting to get slow. It's cold.

Just saw a deer trotting though the mesquites nose down....

Had three doe come in behind me. By the time they where in shooting range it was too dark.
