Question on deer lease contract

I'm wanting to join a new lease that is 5 minutes from my office, the guy who has it has never had a contract but is wanting to manage it now for Trophy bucks. I told him I was in if we could get a contract written. Does anyone have a contract I can look at to help us write one ? Specific to deer leases.
