    Great Taxidermist in Austin/Dripping/Kyle/Buda/Lockhart Area

I need some recommendations on a great taxidermist in the Austin/Dripping/Kyle/Buda/Lockhart Area. Mike (aka - Land Pirate) gave me some as well so just pulling em all together. Thank you for any feedback.

met him yesterday ,dropped off a deer for processing. Seems like one heck of a guy.

But I have to brag on my cousin as well Terry Gray in Andice. Taxidermist for 15 years and has a ton of return customers.

I guess it depends on your definition of "great". By my definition there are none around here. But I'm pretty hard to please. What do you have that needs to be mounted? I might be able to steer you in the right direction.

I just got one out of the shop. Josh McDaniel of roster taxidemery. he's a member here.
I was pleased with his work.

He is good but I hear he has gotten pretty pricey. Try RoosterPoint on here.

Tommy Pulatie is the BEST in my mind!! He had the awesome shop in Lometa years ago, pm me for his number. He is now located in Williamson county. I can certainly vouch for him. He is very reasonable and is a award winning taxidermist!

A second vote for Tommy Pulatie, you wont find better work in the state, period. He has a shop in the Georgetown area. He is the "great" you speak of. He has mounted everything for us for over 20 years, and have never been disappointed.

I noticed terry reinlander had a shop between Austin and Lockhart. Not sure about his deer, but he's a world renowed snake guy
