Next year will be great but Im kinda lookin forward to all the work Ive got planned. Will get some pics when I get out there next time. One cross fence to put up and then a 40 x 50 shop first, then a house to follow hopefully in the next couple of years.

Remember to take your time adding improvements. It can turn into too much quickly. Make sure your shop is big enough. You'd be suprised how fast it fills up. Meet your neighbors and agree to watch each other's land when you are away. I have a 3 pt. post hole digger if you need to borrow one. You will use the heck out of it. Most of all...a huge congrats!!
