going rate for leases

What is the going rate for a year round lease. Looking for something near Hico, Graford, Morgan Mill, Palo Pinto.

Kinda like asking for a new car price. Hard to say without knowing specifics. Acreage, elec, water, etc.

You are going to be looking at $1500 and up per person on most places

In that area I would expect to pay at least $10/acre minimum. The hunting is decent, but the price is driven by its proximity to the metroplex. Seems $12-$15/acre is the norm. I'm not saying that you cant find anything cheaper, but it's gotten high out there.
