another "whats this brush called?"

Very small dark green leaves growing close to stem/trunk. Orange/red berries in winter. Big ones are 5-6' tall.

I can't blow the pics up but looks like Carolina wolfberry. That's the only brush I know with leaves like that.

If so it’s a wild Olive tree I see them allot in the Hebbronville Freer area...Don’t think they are edible so I wouldn’t try..

I dont think Carolina Wolfberry gets branches that big and I have never seen them bigger than a small shrub low growing plant.

Anaqua has lighter leafs then the wolfberry and has white flowers and also don't "whorl" (leaves are around the whole stem) like wolfberry.

Yes, it's thornless...and this is in a "virgin" brush area so some stuff is specimen size...I've got juahilla and blackbrush thats 20 feet tall, orange brush with 14" trunks, etc...
