Need some help... This year our Christmas theme is Cajun Christmas. I have to prepare a cajun dish and need ideas... Thanks in advance.

I'm making shrimp and crab gumbo with RB. It's been demanded, not requested.

jambalaya is pretty simple

i could hook you up with some pre-seasoned packets

brown the meat, add seasoning , water and you're done in 30 minutes

it's very good

Please PM me the recipe for Jambalaya. What do I need to do to get you to send me the pre-seasoned packets? what kind of meat do you use in it? Can I use deer meat for the jumbalaya?

Also, I have about 40 pounds of large catfish filets and white bass that I caught this summer. What do you recommend on those?
