I'm depressed. I didn't think ahead and get my scope rings. For some reason I thought they came with the rifle (Ruger spoiled me). Anyway, the ones I wanted weren't available locally so off to the internet I went. I've got my Savage in all of its stainless beauty and my Mueller scope and my sling and my ammo. No scope rings until the 6th! Hopefully this weekend I'll get it set up.
